Placing Online Orders
By accepting the terms and conditions and placing an online order in this site, you are indicating that you are at least 18 years old above or 18 years old below but with the consent of an adult. We, hereinafter referred to as “company,” will neither be liable nor responsible for any misplaced orders placed by the user of this website. The company will NOT return, refund, or cancel any orders in this way.
Orders Acceptance
We hold the right to refuse or cancel orders placed online, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to, if the company believes that a customer’s conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interest of the company, and its employees. Cases that may result to cancellation of order can be limited stock availability, payment problems, inaccuracy in product information, and so on. If any of these happens, we will inform the customer through the given contact details. A placed order can only be canceled within 48 hours only by the customer.
Personal Information
We do not and will not collect any personal information from the customer unless it is required to successfully complete an online order. Any information given to us by an unsupervised child will not be the company’s responsibility.
Shop Supplies and Content
Any content from the company’s online store (special offers, items for sale, stocks, etc.) maybe removed from the site without prior notice at the company’s discretion. Any order a customer may place on a suddenly removed item, offer, or stock will be considered cancelled. All the content from this website belongs to the company and are for informational purposes only. All contents from this website are original. The use and distribution of any content from this website is prohibited unless authorized by the company.
Delivery Policy
After an order is placed, we will contact the customer within 48 hours to reconfirm his/her order, and to give an approximate date on when the delivery might happen; Specific time will only be given to the customer until his/her order is ready for delivery or pickup. Other fees incurred (e.g. subdivision entrance, toll road, parking) also for the delivery or pickup of the order by the customer, which were not included in the online billing, must be paid by the customer, or by his/her authorized representative (by signed letter). 
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Return and refund of item/s will respectively not be accepted except if  delivered item/s came with defects or damages and the item/s purchased already went out-of-stock before the pickup or delivery took place.We allow exchange of item/s that are defective or damaged without the customer’s doing; In other cases, exchanges will be honored under our discretion. Item/s to be exchanged must be of equal or higher value to the original transaction amount. A customer can only request for a replacement of the item/s upon presentation of the proof of purchase (e.g. official receipt) via email (helloshoppingph@gmail.com). Extra charges for the replacement of the customer’s item/s (e.g. re-delivery, another pick-up) must be paid for by the customer himself/herself.
Warranty Policy
We do not offer warranties. Please respectively check the condition of the item/s delivered or picked up before our delivery team/partner courier leaves, or before leaving the pickup location. Damages due to the mishandling of the item/s by the customer will not be repaired for free and/or replaced.
